Margrete Vanschoelant
Margrete Vanschoelant, born in Leuven (Belgium), studied at the Art Academy of Brussels, Leuven and Hasselt. Later on she moved to the Netherlands where she was apprenticed to the Dutch painter Rousseau. Gradually she developed a personal style.
After moving to Italy in 1990, she soon exhibited in Bologna, Fermo, Roma and the region of Piceno, inspired by the Mediterranean climate.
